Waco Area resident to be awarded dental implants with the “Second Chance Program” through Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery
Waco, TX (October 1, 2015) – Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery, led by oral and maxillofacial surgeon Scott Warren, DDS, M.D., will award one deserving recipient a transformative dental surgery. This opportunity will allow a local resident to receive a Full-Arch Replacement procedure, that they otherwise could not afford, at no cost.
“This is a great opportunity that we are fortunate to be able to provide to our community. My hope is to transform one person’s struggle into an unforgettable victory that will change the rest of their life and inspire others in our community to help this individual,” said Dr. Warren. “Giving someone a second chance at life, by starting with a new smile, is something that I am honored to be able to do. For some people, this procedure is simply out of their reach due to the cost, but I know there are many people who need it. I really want to help someone turn their life around.”
The charitable program, launched October 1, 2015, is accepting applicants over a 60-day period. The recipient of this program will have an entire arch of teeth replaced with a restoration method called the Full-Arch Replacement procedure. With this, Dr. Warren is able to place dental implants in the mouth and attach a full set of teeth, typically all in the same day. The Full-Arch Replacement procedure offers patients a long-term restoration of teeth that look and function similar to natural teeth.
Interested applicants can visit the Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery “Second Chance Program” website (https://secondchancewaco.com) to learn more about the program and submit their online application. The application period runs from October 1, 2015 through November 30, 2015, and is open to residents of Waco, TX, and the surrounding areas.
The community engagement is essential for the ongoing “Second Chance Program.” In addition to transforming one recipient’s smile, Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery intends to aid the patient in the process to change other parts of their life, including physical fitness, smoking cessations, career counseling and more. Community members interested in partnering with Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery and the “Second Chance Program” are encouraged to contact Brazos Oral & Facial Surgery.
