It was a baseball game, and I was up to bat, and the pitcher was throwing about 80 miles an hour and threw a fastball that was coming right at my chin, and I just didn’t move in time, and it hit me right here and broke my jaw. Dr. Warren was amazing. He told me that it was broken and where it was broken and that the break was good and clean, and it didn’t shift at all — the bones didn’t shift — and that that was good, and explained the surgery process and the recovery time and all that stuff. He was straight to the point the whole time, told me what was going on, talked small talk to make me feel comfortable and at home while I was here. It was really good.
